Re-used lancet and lancet device pen, help advice pls

Hello ,
5 weeks ago i was checking my glucose level at local drug store,on ordinary home kit glucose meter,
She pricked my finger with lancet device pen,.
I can not remember if lady used new lancet and 100 %she did not use new outer plastic cap of pen,(endcap touch against my finger, maybe is cap contaminated before me)
3 weeks after i had ars symptoms ,onee night fever and productive cough and sore throat,i was on antibiotics and symptoms went, but,
My throat still sore but on and off ,
This is my risk and is this symptoms ,ars symptoms?
Sholud i get tested?
Is this real risk or not?

Hello,  your question has been answered that you never needed to test in the first place and the duo test is conclusive from 28 days on.  We wish you well and are closing this discussion.

5 week test is conclusive. Where is am the lancents are single use as it's a spring mechanism. Once it has been use, it is impossible to reset it.

I tested negative  at 5 weeks,
4th generation test ag/ab,
Cdc recommended to test at 3 month-mark, why they are so conservative?or this 3 month is outdated?
Thank you guys on your answers .

It is extremely unlikely that a lancet is reused at a drug store counter. Hardly any probability in my humble opinion. You are freaking out without a valid reason. However if you are too worried, get yourself tested anytime now, collect your conclusive report and move on with your life
