RNA PCR and 4th gen test, symptoms and scared

  Dr.  I had risky exposure 35 days ago.  Girl climbed on me and I pushed her off but I did break the opening with vaginal fluid. She did continue and provide oral sex after no condom.  I had a RNA PCR test and 3 rd gen antibody  test done at 10 days and both were negative.

Then it all start to happen.  At 16 day unknown raised rash on arm and chest slightly itchy and a dry mouth with white tongue.  On 21 day second round of testing total std panel plus RNA PCR test and 3rd gen antibody test.  All test negative.   Rash went away on day 23 then i started night sweats, losing weight while I eating same amount, unexplained multiple bruises and  body aches in joints and lymph nodes under arms.  Day 28 rash came back on arms chest legs, and back.   Day 31 another test.  I took complete panel, RNA PCR test and 4th generation antigen & antibody test.   All came back negative.   I went to dr yesterday because of rash on my penis and he thinks it is fungal so gave me a cream.  I asked him about oral thrush but be said there was no evidence but I asked him to take a culture anyway. Results in two days.  
I haven't slept in a month and freaking out.  Can the insane stress causing some of the symptoms?  Have confident should I feel about the test results.  Please help

Did you insert you penis into her vagina. I'm not talking about your penis touching her vagina, I'm talking penetration.

Thank you for your response. Just to clarify I did not have protection on and I did break her vaginal opening for a second or two.   I m really scared.   Are those good test I took?
