Raped without knowing it?

Hello, I think I am suffering from HIV phobia but this one episode last week keeps clouding my mind and it is affecting my working life. I hope that I can receive some answers. Thank you.

I was in a public toilet with a severe stomach ache. The toilet was quite run down and therefore the lock was spoilt. After pulling down my pants, i realised that there was pee on the toilet seat and proceeded to wipe it off with toilet paper. As a result, i was hunched with my naked buttocks facing the door. After a while, I felt the door touch my buttocks. I have 2 questions.

1. As the toilet was not very clean, will I contract anything, HIV or STD from having the door hit my naked buttocks.

2. What I am more worried about is that is there a possibility that someone could have put his penis inside my anus during that 10 to 15 seconds without me knowing and therefore put me at risk of contracting HIV / STDs? I am trying to calm myself down by rationalizing that the door had swung open on its own but I cannot seem to shake off my fears. Do I need HIV or STD testing at all for this particular incident? Thank you.

Stop with the questions and get working on a therapist for your very irrational fears.

Thanks for the answer. So there is actually no risk of HIV or STD with regards to both my questions 1 and 2?

No, it's not possible.  You're thinking irrationally and I would recommend seeking the services of a  mental health professional ASAP.
