PLEASE NEED URGENT guidance on PEP - freak lab incident

I had gone to do a 8 week HIV test via blood. When i went to the lab, the lab person sitted on the chair. I saw the lab person wash his hands and put on gloves. did not see him DRY his hand.

When I look at his face he had a cut and was bleeding, by then he has put the syringe in my arm, I was just watching his cut on his face and seeing the blood drop grow bigger and bigger. I told him he has a cut and he mentioned, he is trying to finish the drawing of blood so he can then attend the cut. Luckly the blood did not drop on me or on the floor. When he was done, i just walked off to the reception area.

The following is what i am very concerned and freak out about. He was dressing his wound before I came in and he did wash his hand and put on gloves, BUT

1) Not sure he dryed his hand and hence there might be some water/blood inside the glove which might come out and also on the glove as he picked up the glove to wear it.

2) I was just watching the blood on his face (near his chin, he claims to be a shaving cut, but it was a big cut and bleeding did not stop, also at 12 noon i do not believe a shaving cut will still be bleeding) and was not watching he drawing the blood. Not sure if he touch the needle or something. The lab says they never touch the needle with the gloves. The needle goes from the casing into the skin. May be the glove touched the needle. I know the gloves did touch my skin near the injection area for cleaning before the shot. If he touched the gloves with wet hands after washing then there might be some water/blood (blood from he cleaning his wound, or some left over after washing) from that to my skin/injection point?

3) I am just freaked out about the incident, I went to get testing at 8 weeks after my exposure and this unwanted incident increases my worries and I am scared. The lab say there is no risk but they said you can come again and get tested later if you are worried... this scared me more.

Please help should i go on PEP. What are my risk. Please help, its been 4 hours since the episode.

No . No you do not need testing. You might want to seek professional mental help for your phobias.

Thanks teak for your quick reply. Mind is a crazy thing. i am just getting over my oral episode and now this. Worried as heck.... Could water/blood go into the injection hole in my body from his glove (due to his wet hand)?  sorry asking may question but really really worried.  Could the scenario i describe be possible?

If no PEP is needed, Do i need any testing for this incident, or can i forget about it as a bad dream.
