Really Worried and Scared

CB7
About two months ago, I had gone out on a date with a girl that I've met on the internet. I had known her for a long time, about 2 years, and she has a really shady history. I know she's done drugs, like E and etc. and has been with many guys. When I asked her, she told me she had gotten herself tested, but it seems like she's lied.

The reason why I'm so worried, is the fact that we made out, about 3 times on the date, but the time spent kissing her was really short. I mean 50 seconds or less short, since I was nervous if she was safe or not (HIV status). She had a tongue ring as well. My dental hygiene hasn't been that great, and 2 hours before I met her I brushed and had bleeding gums. I'm pretty sure the gums healed, as it was exactly 2 hours before we made out.

It's now about 2 months later, and I have quite a bit to worry about. About a week and a half after the date, I developed a cold sore on my lip. I'm POSITIVE I got the cold sore from her.  I've never had it before and with that my gums started acting up. Around 2 weeks after that, my ex girlfriend who I had got back with, developed a cold sore from me. At the time, I started having really painful gums, in the front of my mouth and showed my doctor who confirmed it was Gingivitis. I was Frantically worried about my gingivitis had developed a really swollen throat too. It really hurt to swallow, and my front gums were stillhurting me. I went to the dentist who also confirmed it was a bit swelled. During that time I went to the doctor to get a HIV test and get antibiotics for my gums. The gum pain went away a week and a half after, however, now I have a serious problem with Oral thrush. It's really thick at the back of my tongue, and it looks disgusting! What's even worst is for the last week and a half, I have a nauseating feeling, really sore knees and elbows,  and my throat flares up at times.

I'm really worried and concerned about my health, since last Saturday I can't eat any food. Every time I eat something, I feel like either throwing up, and have serious gas issues, as I feel the need to go to the washroom to relieve bowl movements.

I have had no fever, night sweats, or have dierrea. I vomited once.

I'm really worried, especially since my HIV test has taken a while longer (my doctor told me it takes 2 weeks). I can't even go to my University to study, since my health is so bad.

I understand and have read a million times, that you cannot get HIV from kissing, and it's a theoretical possibility. However, my symptoms and what has happened to me have got me incredibly worried.

Could it be something else? Could It really be a HIV infection? Is my Oral Thrush from the Antibiotics I took 2 weeks ago (Amoxicillin 500mg 3 times a day, for a week I admit was strong)?

I still feel nauseated and am going to go see the doctor, about my Oral thrush. It's pretty bad. My sore knees and elbows are freaking me out a bit too.

I have a history of anxiety and this has definitely been the most trying time of my life.

I know my risk is very low, but why the hell am I getting all these symptoms !? What else could it be? Other then diabities I have no idea!

Please help and be supportive. I've read countless and thousands of threads, and have already stressed myself.

Thank you all

If you are worried about symptoms see your doctor. It has nothing to do with HIV.

But what can explain all my symptoms then?
Can all this be a coincidence?

Just to clarify,

During the time I was at the doctors, he was worried as he said my lymph node at the side of my neck was swelled. However, he also noticed my anxiety. He did blood work, and took an Elisa + Western Blot for me.

-Conditions that are On going
* My tongue still has oral Thrush, pretty bad too.
* My limbs hurt, but not as much
* No more gingivitis
* Stomach is completely out of Whack, today was the first day I ate decent meals
* Stools are okay as well.

You were never at risk of contracting HIV from kissing.
