elisa came back positive, big shock

hi doctor iam again after 7 month from my last expouser.iam very shock i receive call today tell me that  my elisa came back reactive and they tell me that i should wait 10 days to WB. you know my story.i recive unprotected blow job from csw  i did due test at 3,6,12 weeks and all came back negative.at 3month i post my qustion and i ask you doctor about my test if it conclusive or not and you tell me iam hiv free so i took your advice and close the door and continue my life and forget about the HIV but the problem start exactly at 4 month from my expouser and 3 month from now, when iam in front of tv i start to be so sick it suddenly start  high grade fever  tachycardia sever legs ache  headache light sensetive abdominal upset nusea  cold sensetion  i fell so sick  i went to er and took some fluid and analgesic but no benfite  espically my legs pain it the worst pain i discover in my life icant walk and feel tingling and numbness espically when i sleep but no rash no swelling lympth node  and no diarreha  i did cbc at 2 month the wbc was 12.600
idid cbc when i be so sick and the wbc was 5000 . Honestly when the symptoms start i know it was hiv cause it was very similar with the symptoms posted in website  so i went the lab and did elisa  exactly at 4 month and half and came back negative and repeated again at 5 month and half and came back negative  
It suprise to me that both elisa came back negative cause you always said the elisa should positive in one weeks from start the symptoms so i waiting untill my symptoms move away ( in 2 days back) i did elisa  last night (7month)
And to day black day in my life the result as i suspect it came back positive
doctor if you dont mind my qustion
1-cdc said all ppl will test positive at 6 month  and you and dr hhh usually said the combo conclusive at 4 week and and elisa at 8 week so why i test negative untill 7 month why me?
2- what chance the WB to be negative after all tests and symptoms ?

Good morning dr. Finally, i recive call  from the lab and the doctor tell me your nat and wb came back negative  waaaaaaaaaaw iam in dream i cant bealive it
thanks to god and for your advice i should believe you from beganing
And i want to say on thing
the doctors here are the best doctors in the world for
hiv so please believe them and dont life in hell as me and please be away on the net because i had all ARS  symptoms and i was so sick  
and lifing in hell but in the end the test is the truth.
the hiv doesnt win, that positive mind that do.
be carfull guys and usually used condom for save sex

Doctor at 3 month and hallf i did cmv and the result is so high for igg and i read that there are relation between cmv reactivation and hiv also i did cbc when i so sick the my wbc was around 5000 and usually  my wbc is 12400
with increase lympthocyte and decrease Gran% and normal plate
i did hep b,c , herpes 1,2 ebv, cmv and all negative for any recent infection
Iam not virology and i know there are thousand viruses in world but
Long duration like these dand drop of wbc pos elisa sound it hiv
i ask my mom to pray for me
still i trust on you and dr hhh and the god

Hi proffesor ,, cuz i so anxious i call the lab today and they tell me your NAT and WB will finish at next sunday at 9pm and they tell me dont worry every thing will be fine ,, honstly iam so scared icant sleep from one week and pray every night to he god to stay with me.
i know it is hiv all symptoms say that at day 28 idiscover first symptoms which was minor sore throat, at day 75 the fever start to rise up and at 4 month  i face the worst sick in my life and thank to god to be not die cause it was so sever ( fever headache severe legs pain and sorethroat abdominal upst and lympth nodes hurting  ect)
i hope it  was just ugly virus like herpes or any other virus
Iam so sad iam from  middle east and if i get hiv i will life in hell until idie
No job no wife no friend
Iam so young and the drugs not strong to make me life for 50 later
Mainly i will die after 15 years later
you and teak tell me iam hiv free and move on but my symptoms and duration of it tell me the oppisite things
Finally  i will post my result after 2 days and i hope  to be negative

I know that a positive ELISA can be concerning.  In your case however, there is no reason to think that if you have not been sexually or otherwise exposed that you have HIV.  You are correct that we have told you that your prior tests prove that you did not have HIV and that remains our feeling.  If your ELISA was positive and you have not been exposed for 7 months and have negative tests at 4 months following your exposures, either this is a falsely positive ELISA or the test was not correctly performed.

At this time, the next thing I would do is to have the ELISA repeated at a different laboratory.  If it is positive, you need a second test such as a Western Blot.

As I said above, either the test was done incorrectly in the lab or it is falsely positive.  There are no cases of HIV in persons who did not take PEP which have taken more than 3 months to yield positive tests.  You are not going to be the first.

If the test was done properly, your result is most likely falsely positive.  Also, I should point out that the Western Blot should be done on the SAME specimen that give the positive ELISA result.  

I hope these comments are helpful.  From the information you have provided there is no reason to think that you acquired HIV from your encounter 7 months ago.  EWH
