Risk of HIV infection though cut (base) in penis

Please help me? I had sex with a woman that I met in the club 3 months ago.We used condom for protection throughout the sex. I am just worried because I had shave my genitals 1 hour before the intercourse and it bled a bit. I have managed to stop the bleeding but it's still sore. then I we had vaginal sex for roughly 15 minutes no oral. I am just worried that the condom might not rolled down to the base of my penis where my cut is. I am really stressed and anxious about all this for few months now. I  had rashes that come and goes in 15 minutes when I scratch my skin( flat red marks) no fever, I'm constantly pressing my lymph node and sometimes it does hurt makes me think that I have swollen lymph nodes. Please help me? what's my risk?

Thank you

Hello,
there is no risk from this incident.
As you have already been advised in the past , Hiv can only be transmitted through :
-unprotected vaginal or/and anal penetration
-from mother to child
-by sharing drug works
Keep calm
