anxiety of being infected

hi Dr
I am 26 male from India , my concern is on march 26th 2012 i went to a clinical laboratory for a blood test there the lab assistant had previously did a confirmatory Tridot test for a HIV positive patient before collecting blood from me, he did not use any gloves while collecting blood from me i also remember he selected a vein before blood collection by using his fore finger since then iam worried that there might be some microscopic amount of HIV on his fore finger which have been transmitted to my skin while he touched me for selecting the vein with his fore finger and he later on made a prick on that area which might have enabled HIV to pass into my body.
Later on being worried i went for HIV testing the details are as follows
30 days post exposue by Tridot method - negative
90 days post exposue by Tridot method - negative
180 days post exposue by Tridot method - negative
245 days post exposure by DNA PCR method - Not detected
275 days post exposure by Tridot method - negative

Inspite of all the negative results i am still worried believing that as i was exposed only to a microscopic amount and that is why i am take more number of days than others to test positive or seroconvert

Now my questions are

1. Were my test results confirmatory ?
2. Does the amount or quantity of virus infected have any impact on window period ?

Plz plz help me i am very much worried

HIV requires unprotected sex, or sharing of IV drugs to infect others.  If you didn't do those things, you never had a risk.  Kindly move on.

Thank you for reply my concern is that the lab assistants hand may be contaminated while testing, if so how long does the virus survive on human skin and does very very minute and microscopic amounts that are invisible to naked eye cause infection

Increasing the stigma that already surrounds the disease!! You're fine and you can test all you want but the result is always going to turn out as negative!
