Risk? Please Help

Dear Experts,

I am a male. Below are my exposures, all with different CSWs of unknown HIV status.

[1] 25 Dec 2008: Protected vaginal

[2] 22 Jan 2009: Protected vaginal + Unprotected Oral

[3] 15 Feb 2009: Protected vaginal

[2] 27 Feb 2009: Protected vaginal + Unprotected Oral

All the incidents involved deep passionate mouth kissing and heavy sucking of the breasts too.
In the last two instances, i filled the condom with water after sex and found them to be intact.

Took a single Rapid HIV blood test on 16th April 2009 (46 days past last exposure )which turned out to NON-REACTIVE.
I took the test at one of the best super speciality hospitals of the city.

My Questions:

[1] What do i stand wrt HIV? I mean what is my overall risk profile wrt HIV infection?
[2] Do i have any reason to be concerned whether or not they examined my blood correctly for HIV?
[3] When do i take the next test to be completely sure?

Thanks a lot in advance

Thank You.

Just one more question.

Given the low risk nature of my sex episodes and a negative result past 46 days of the last episode, can i start having unprotected sex with my wife? You know these if's and but's are haunting me.
Is there any reason in the world for further concern? Am i 100% on the safe side?

No risk from what you have stated, you used protected so you are ok, for the record risks for HIV are:
Unprotected anal/vaginal sex
Sharing needles
Mother to child
