Risk estimation and ELISA test's reliability

Hi! There was a risky situation few monthes ago. I had a contact with a drug addicted girl, actually there was only fingering. The problem was that there was a scratch on my finger, I wounded it few hours before the contact. The blood had already coaugulated but there was not scrab on the wound. She said that she had menstruation, but I didn't see the blood on my finger. Taking into account that she could be infected, was there a risk for me?
I had an ELISA test (antibody / antigen ) after 12 weeks and it was negative. Is that result reliable? I have a weak immunity, but never used drugs and do not have diagnosed immunodeficiency. Does my immunity have an influence upon my result?

Best regards.

You didn't have a risk and don't need testing.

One more question. Does anything besides of drugs and immunodeficiency extend the appearance of antibodies? Or the 12 weeks is absolute and conclusive period?

Fingering is not a risk of HIV transmission even if you have little nicks, cuts or abrasions.
