Risk from massage and kissing

Hi,

First I feel sorry for my not so good English. I am a Male from Shanghai, China. In the past year, I have had the following scenarios which keep me being scared - to death - though I have read a lot in this community as well as on the expert forum, I am still trying to post here my encounters and ask for yours' help to assess the risk of them:

1. Visited 3 times karaoke bar and kissed 3 different bar girls
    -  All the kissing engaged is just closed mouth kissing (maybe a little bit open but no tougue touch i think, there has been once that some saliva of the girl come in contact with my lower lip)

2. Visited 5 times erotic massage parlor
    -  touch masseuse's breast and then masturbate myself with my own hands
    -  there has been once that the masseuse massaged my neck with her hands for 1 minute - no idea if any cut or even fresh blood on her hands - and there has been some acnes on my neck then (though i had no aching feeling). this one scares me most!!!!
    -  there has been another time that the masseuse was on her period - she showed the pad with blood inside her panties to me during the massage - and then i escaped... before that i just rubbered her breast and she touched my face. no visible cut / blood on her hands i think.

Totally no genital intercouse (i'm still virgin...) during the encounters above.

Assume that the girls I met (at the bars and at the massage parlors) are all HIV+, is there any risk? I'm just so scared...

Thanks.

Teak, thanks again for your showing up. Your answers make me feel much better. You are really doing GREAT job here...

So, please accept my final question, that am I really and totally at ZERO risk for HIV and HIV should never be on my mind given my situation without any unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex, sharing works with other IV drug users and mother to child?

Thanks.

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug users
Mother to child

Hi Teak,

Thanks for your quick reply, but could you further clarify for me why there was no risk for this point -

-  there has been once that the masseuse massaged my neck with her hands for 1 minute - no idea if any cut or even fresh blood on her hands - and there has been some acnes on my neck then (though i had no aching feeling). this one scares me most!!!!

What if her fresh blood come into contact with my acnes or other possible abrasion on my neck?

Sorry for this what if question but this really scared me a lot!
