Hiv from receiving unprotected oral sex.

Hello,
I'm a 29 year guy. Recently i had an sexual encounter with a girl. I had paid for sex. I had protected sex with her but the oral sex was unprotected (she gave me a blowjob) I didn't perform oral sex on her. I'm sure the condom was intact because i had checked it after we got done. Exactly after 14 days i had severe sore throat with fever. I visited my doctor, he gave me some medicines and prescribed azithromycin for 2.5 days. 500mg dose twice a day for 2 days and on the last day 500mg, in total 2500 in 2.5 days. My sore throat and fever cured in a day after the medicines but still i had to complete the dose of antibiotics. After the 3rd day of finishing my dose i started experiencing lose stools, diarrhea and gastric problems, sever fatigue, dizziness, shortness of breath, loss of appetite. I lost 4 kgs in 7 days. This all went up till 8-9 days. My doctor prescribed me some probiotics and a syrup which got back my appetite, stopped my diarrhea but then it took me almost 2 weeks to get back normal because i was still experiencing weakness and fatigue. My body temperature was 98-99 degree in this time. i didn't experience any rashes or any oral problems. Honestly i think i have contracted HIV with receiving unprotected oral from the sex worker. I am freaked out right now. I don't have the guts to go and get tested. I just want to know that is this HIV or may be possibly this could be with side effects of the antibiotics and anxiety of me contracting HIV. I am very much tensed. I would be really thankful to you if you could just help me. Its my humble request doctor. My life has not been the same as it was before. I am looking forward for you reply. Thank you so very much.

This answers all of your HIV questions, and if you can think of any more just reread about the 3. You had zero risk therefore  testing is irrelevant to your situation because you had zero risk. HIV is a fragile virus, which is instantly inactivated in air and also in saliva which means it is effectively dead so it can't infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. It doesn't matter if you and they were actively bleeding or had cuts at the time either because the HIV is effectively dead.
Only 3 adult risks are the following:
1. unprotected penetrating vaginal with a penis
2. unprotected penetrating anal sex with a penis
3. sharing needles that you inject with.
The only way to get HIV is if you did one of the 3. The situation you describe is a long way from any of these 3.
Even with blood, lactation, cuts, rashes, burns, etc the air or the saliva does not allow inactivated virus to infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. Doctors have calculated the risk from what you describe to be less than that of being hit by a meteor, therefore no one will get HIV from what you did in the next 40 years of your life either. The above HIV science is 40 years old and very well established, so no detail that you can add to your encounter will change it from zero risk.
If you didn't have one of the 3 then you are just worrying about your own hiv theory - which is unrealistic for you to think that can become reality - so you should move on back to your happy life instead.
People cough on your lips and door knobs so sore throat and fever are to be expected at any time. 98-99 is normal body temp btw.

so you mean the diarrhea, loss of appetite, weight loss, dizziness, fatigue was all due to antibiotics?
??
Reread about unrealistic.
Are you not aware that anyone negative including babies can have diarrhea etc...whether or not they take antibiotics?
