Risk of mutual MB with semen to urethra

Not sure if this is the best message board to post the question but running scared for the moment. Not my first M/M experimentation, but during mutual masturbation with an anonymous guy, I realized he was rubbing our penis heads together and there was pre-seminal fluid on his. I'm frightened about the risk of HIV (or any STD) from this via my urethra (knowing it has a mucus membrane). I am aware from my research that skin is an effective barrier to HIV, but the contact with the urethra is my concern.

I'm willing to pay the cost for a PCR test ($200) to put my mind at ease, but I'm reading conflicting comments on how soon is too soon.

Liz, I'm counting on you (and others like Dr Bob on TheBody) knowing what you're talking about. I know all these "symptoms" I feel are REAL, or at least seem real, but I also know they can be from anxiety, stress, guilt, etc. SURELY, I will not be the FIRST via mutual MB urethra/urethra contact. Thanks for your reassurance.

I know L.Lou and other sources I have read say NO RISK in my behavior stated above, or at least NO known transmission of HIV. I'm a sane and well-balanced professional guy, yet I find myself fraught with fear from the potential risk of pre-seminal fluid entering via my urethra.

I know your psyche can play mysterious games with you -- such as imagining every symptom you ever read about. I'm experiencing some nausea, and joint pain (elbows & backs of knees), and I'm dead tired -- serious fatigue.  Not certain if these are areas of lymph nodes that could be affected. No fever. Please assure me this is the case!! Thanks.

Please realize that in the course of masturbation small amounts of genital secretions are inadvertently shared between partners on  a regular basis, nonetheless there are no HIV transmissions which have occurred   DR. HOOK

HIV is transmitted INSIDE the body...you had NO risk.
