Risk on oral sex

Dear expert,

Yesterday, I went to massage parlor and I have frottage with sex worker. I also had oral sex (my penis in her mouth without condom) and my penis might have some cut. There was no intercourse at all.

Anyway, I think my penis might have some cut or sore after she stroked my penis very hard before blowjob.

I searched some website and it said there is still low risk of this.

Do I have any HIV risk? Do I need any test?

Sorry for my English. I am not native EN speaker.

Hello. Oral sex is not a risk for HIV. The only risks are to have unprotected vaginal or anal sex or to share IV needles to inject drugs. Air and saliva inactivate the virus. So, oral sex is not a risk. Nor is frottage. And minor cuts and scrapes do not impact that. You had no risk of HIV from your exposure. No reason to test or to worry.
