Risk with sex worker hiv STD???

So before christmas , I had sex with a sex worker. We had protected intercourse and orally. I am a bit concern towards the fact that after sex she started to give me a handjob with the condom on . A minute later or two she takes it off and starts giving me a handjob again which I couldn't ejecutulate.afterwards when I got home I decided to take a bath with soap.3 days later my penis was very itchyso I began to panick. 11 days after I went to the  clinic so that i could get tested and told them my situation. They said that the itchiness comes from the soap and they examine my penis and found nothing unusual. She then tested me for chlamydia and gonorrea which they told me if I had something they would call after 3 days.she said I didn't need an HIV test cause it was considered very low risk and It's very unlikely in the city where I live.  It's been a week and they haven't called me so I guess I'm good. I am still veryyy nervous at time thinking that there is a chance of getting HIV although I know I am safe. Right now it been 7 days since I've been in my country ( el salvador ) and I've been getting a lot of diarreah.Altought I know it's travelers diarreah but I have nightmares at times and i feel anxious.i also been having very small little red holes in the penis of my head which they disappear and appear again

I know this is very long but can you please help me.  A response would definitely help me make me at ease and enjoy my vacation better!! Thank you

Good, it sounds like you cured your HIV fears on your own.

If you are not a doctor, you don't go around analysing yourself for symptoms.

HIV doctors can't diagnose from symptoms so you need to stop trying because it won't work.
Quitting Google symptoms cold turkey is the first step toward peace. There is no useful information on Google, so until you accept that you will continue to be plagued with anxiety from fear.

Seek therapy for a faster solution, because you are presently wasting your young life for nothing. There are 5,000 diseases that you can have that you don't even think about, so it makes no sense to focus on HIV which you can't even have.

Also the sex worker told me she had been tested 3 weeks before we had sex and was really nice and told me of I had a bad feeling to go to the clinic . She also inspected my body carefully before our intercourse

Oral is zero risk and you can't get HIV since you used the condom. You used too much soap so got an itch and some travelers diarrhea so there is no reason to be trying to work this up into an HIV symptoms theory.
You posted on the std forum that the clinic said you had no risk. You stated that above too, so it is time to move on from HIV instead of spending so much time worrying about it for no reason. You don't have any medical training, so it is puzzling that you are questioning their advice.
if you can't stop worrying seek therapy or a discussion with your doctor about your HIV phobia, since this is a lot of mental pain you are going through for no logical reason.
