HIV worry from Exposure

I am very worried after my exposure, which was no insertions in anal, vaginal, oral, I was with out my pants means my penis was expose and lady was fully dressed, I kissed her vagina top of her dress, and  sucked her breasts while she just lifted her t shirt and hugged her tightly thats all, after that I checked with her she said after her last medical screening in related with Job she never had sex but not sure she was lying or not ,
1. is it any possible risk sucking womens breast nipples ? I haven't tasted anything but I am now thinking if there is wound on her breast and 1 or two blood drops with out my knowledge will put me in risk ?
2. kissing vagina top of the dress, if there is any pre cum on the dress ? my lips or penis urethra touches those part will  be any risk ?
3. Do I need medical testing from the above exposure ?
4. Can I be confident that I don't done anything which may acquier HIV ?
5.Is Mild throat conjunction with phlegm in throat ( I don't have pain on throat ) plus mouth ulcer is sign of ARS ?

Welcome to our Forum.   There is no reason for you to be concerned about the events you describe.  HIV and other STDs are not transmitted in adults by kissing or sucking or a woman's breasts.  This is true even if she is lactating (i.e. there is breast milk present) or if either she or you had a cut on an exposed area- no risk at all.  Similarly, there is no risk for any infection through clothing, even if the clothing is wet with genital secretions.

There is no reason for any concern about the events you have described and certainly no reason for testing.  You can be completely confident you are not at risk.  As for your sore throat, it is not related to any infection acquired through the events you have described.  EWH

Thanks for your clarification. So you mean to say kissing or sucking vagina top of the dress even with wet dress ,and sucking women breast with out dress is no need to worry for HIV ,  only we have to worry in sex is unprotected insertive sex in Vagina/anal and Low possibility in Mouth, the rest everything is NO RISK including masturbation, kissing, etc...is my knowledge is correct ?and I can be confident that I didn't done anything which can acquire HIV even if she was infected ?

There are a few, somewhat questionable reports of possible HIV acquistion acquired through performing oral sex on an infected partner. This in no way changes my assessment of your risk- you are not at risk for HIV.  EWH

Thanks for your confirmation , not only I kissed her vagina top of her dress my penis also might  be touched on her dress will that make any Difference ?
Also I was reading the comments From your and DR Hunter Handsfield, First I have to say thanks to both of you to provide such informations. But I have one doubt in answer DR.Handsfield always says "Sexual transmission of HIV requires a bare penis (no condom) inside another person's vagina, rectum or (rarely) mouth " but in your answer you always saying "HIV is transmitted in adults only by unprotected penetrative genital or ano-genital intercourse " is that contradictory about oral sex ?In community form Moderator maintenance oral sex is completely risk free in regards with HIV did you agree that ?
