Rubbing penis head against vagina. Risk?

Hi everyone,
I'm totally crazy about something that happened to me.

I had protected sex with a woman whose HIV status I don't know, but while I was taking the condom, she starts rubbing my penis against her vagina (clitoris and lips - mucosal area!!!) but without penetration! Now I'm worried about HIV infection.

I don't remember exactly how were all the details of the contact that I had, but considering the worst situation below:
1- If she is HIV+;
2- If my penis' head and skin was sore or irritated;
3- If my penis was been soaked with her vaginal fluids
4- Non penetration, just rub penis head against vagina.

QUESTIONS:
a) Is it a real risk?
b) Should I need to be tested?
c) I read another forum called thebody.com and stayed worried about my situation but you seems have another point of view. Who is right after all?

Thank you since now.
Sorry if I wrote something wrong, I'm not an american.

What I mean with "almost penetrate" is rubbing the penis across her vagina, through the "small lips" (I do not know if this is the correct name in english) and get going very close to the edges of the entrance of the vagina.

No such thing as "almost penetrate."

I'm sure I didn't penetrate her without a condom.

My concern is about this subtle detail between penetrate or almost penetrate, I mean rub the penis close of her vagina's door.

Infection occurs inside the body. In your case you would have had to insert your penis deep inside her.
The HIV virus cannot tolerate light, air or temperature fluctuations. It must be massaged into vulnerable tissues inside the body and be able to latch on to receptor cells in order to transfer to another host.
"What if"  questions are mere speculation. If you're unsure as to whether or not you penetrated her then you must test.
From what you posted at the very beginning there is no need to test as you never were exposed.

Only one more thing, please:

Even if my penis head was injured?

And let me see if I understood well: in the exact moment that her vaginal fluids come out from inside her and touch my penis, is it unable to infect me?

If I penetrate her just a little bit, then would be a real risk?

These details aren't extremely small to say for sure whether there was risk or not?

Thank you! You are so fast to answer me.

I'm a brazillian guy and I've decided to look for answers in international forums because in brazillians forums they look more as a "terrorists". A similar question in a website here they answered me it was a "big and real risk".

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug users
Mother to child
