hello doctor, last month i went to massage

the massage girl help me body massage and give me a handjob (no any sex) after 10days my penis got 2 pimples

my occupation is a  machanic,so my hand always got cuts,wound and scar

after 28days i go blood test hiv ab,tpha and vdrl . result all negative

can i know this 28days negative result can be conclusive? do i need to have blood test in 6 weeks?

Please re-read the answer more caredully. Your questions are answered.

1.my blood test is by ELISA antibody ,  my 28days is 90% .so i still need any blood test at 6 weeks?

"If your HIV blood test was a 4th generation test, then your results are defintivie at this ti me (not that you needed them).  If the HIV test was an earlier, 3rd generation test that detected only HIV antibodies, then at 28 days the test would have detected over 90% but not all recent infections."

2.28days vdrl,tpha for syphilis conclusive?
"The negative syphilis test two weeks after the appearance of the pimples you mention is reliable proof that they were not due to syphilis."

Welcome to the Forum.  I see that suddenly, 28 days after an exposure, you have asked the same question three different places.  I am confident that you will get the same answer in each place.  

The exposure that you report did not put you at risk for HIV or any other STI.  STIs are not transmitted by receipt of masturbation, even if a person gets their genital secretions on you at the time of masturbation.  This was a no risk event and you did not need testing.  If your HIV blood test was a 4th generation test, then your results are defintivie at this ti me (not that you needed them).  If the HIV test was an earlier, 3rd generation test that detected only HIV antibodies, then at 28 days the test would have detected over 90% but not all recent infections.  The negative syphilis test two weeks after the appearance of the pimples you mention is reliable proof that they were not due to HIV.
