STD Risk follow-up

Docs, this is  follow-up to my last post.  During the last 3 days, ironically I've been feeling a burning type sensation on my left buttocks, sometimes radiating to near my anus, but mostly along the/near my crack. Sometimes almost a throbbing feeling  Once in a while I feel a sensation around my anus almost like it could be raw from wiping to hard, or a pricking feeling but doesn't look red or anything and comes and goes.  I think I'm bing OCD here and keep looking , but don't see any bumps or anything.  Everything looks normal from what I can tell.  It's been about 7 weeks since 5 seconds of anal frottage. I keep telling myself that it is highly unlikey (almost impossible) to be anything based on my exposure  Thoughts?

1) Still likely not herepes - correct? Anything else?
2) Purely anxiety? Seems so real
3) I've been having a lot of back problems.  Sciatica?
4) Other thoughts?

Thank you.

I'm sorry this essentially no risk event continues to worry you.  It is now time for you to speak to someone about your anxiety issues.  It appears that your guilt and/or fear over this exposure have gotten away from you.  Nothing you describe in any way suggests any STI.

In answer to your specific questions:
1) Still likely not herepes - correct? Anything else?

correct. Nothing - no STI at all.

2) Purely anxiety? Seems so real

Anxiety is a powerful force.  You need to get over this.

3) I've been having a lot of back problems.  Sciatica?

Perhaps but not in relationship to the event you describe.  Anxiety and related tension can worsen back spasms.

4) Other thoughts?
Time to talk to someone about how to move forward from this state of unwarranted fear and anxiety.  EWH
