STDs and HIV

I've acquired Staphylococcus Epidermidis infection last year and pus discharges in my penis with painful urination and difficulty of defecation. As days gone by the pain increases and I've had pain during erection. I've had an unprotected anal sex with someone I've met on a bar and I was the one who penetrated his anus and after 5 days the symptoms appeared. I suspected it was sexually transmitted. I went to the hospital for consultation. They had a swab inserted in my penis and got a culture and sensitivity for the specimen. I got the result after 5 days and on the result they said it was Staphylococcus Epidermidis. They gave me oral meds but then it never healed and got worse. They changed the oral meds again and the discharge was decreasing but it never stopped. I went to the doctor again and they had me a shot via IM of a very potent medicine which I forgot the name of it. And after a day it disappeared and I was okay. So after that I'm using condoms. The doctor told me it was a sexually transmitted infection. But it was not gonorrhea or any known STD. They asked me to have an HIV test after 6 months. But I never had my HIV test and it's been a year. Now I'm having pus discharges but just a little but with no pain and not similar to what I had experienced and I didn't had any sexual contact few weeks before I saw it. I also have rashes in my *** which is a fungal infection and is currently treated with anti-fungal creams but it doesn't seem to get well. I had 3 boils consecutively for 3 months last November. And now I don't have boils.

I am afraid that this is an early sign of HIV or AIDS?

How likely is it possible? I'll definitely had my HIV test but is it possible that this is just another problem because of hygiene?

Is this all interconnected? Boils, STDs, HIV, Fungal Infection.

Can you please enlighten me and help me on this matter.

You acquired a bacterial infection as a result of the unprotected anal sex.  The symptoms are not consistent with HIV.

HOWEVER, you put yourself at risk by having unprotected anal sex.  You need to have an HIV test.  A standard antibody test will be conclusive at this point (as 3 months post exposure is conclusive)

Use condoms..

I had my HIV test this noon. And I am really bothered about having it. I was so scared and up to now I don't know what to do. I was driving awhile ago and I couldn't get my attention away from that thing I am experiencing right now. I hope it goes fine.

I will definitely continue using condoms now.
