frottage/elisa negative at 5 weeks 3 days

I appreciate the work of you all the expert members of this forum, you guys are highly knowledgeable and informative, after surfing several sites i ended with this site to tell my problem which is as follows,

I am a male and Exactly 6 weeks and 2 days ago i met a lady, she is not a CSW and i dont know her HIV status but she is living separately and will have sex with whomever she knows, On that day i was fully drunk and i had the following1.sucked her nipples tight and something came up from her nipples it tasted odd(it is not breast milk or blood). I did not sallow anything as the quantity of that discharge was very minimal....Is this something to worry???

2.I have genital psoriasis, i have two lesions/scales on the pubic hair area where the penis ends, i have no lesions or scales on the penis. I just kept my penis(without condom) her vagina upright her vaginal line and rubbed it up and down, There was zero penetration, she insisted to penetrate but i refused, after 1 minute of this frottage, i turned her and i was having frotttage on her back, the same up and down rubbing(No penetration at all), while doing that i checked her back and found there was a water color fluid all over her vaginal area, i got shocked and ended the session, at the end of session i looked at my penis from top, it was totally dry and i could not see any wet fluid over my penis head or on top of my penis, however i did not check if there was any wet fluid underneath my penis, also i did not check if there was any wet fluid on my pubic hair area where i have the genital psoriasis lesions, next day i checked the complete lesions/scales, the lesions where fully tightly covered with white scales, it would bleed only if i scratch it hard, very hard with my nails, otherwise the lesions would never bleed, therefore when i was having frottage i believe my lesions were well covered and was not bleeding...Please tell me if this would present any problem or i need not worry???

3.Exactly after 3 weeks from this exposure i had severe dry cough that lasted for 1.5 weeks, after 3weeks and 3 days post exposure i got low grade fever around(99 to 99.5 degree) that lasted for 2 weeks i consulted the doctor he said i have upper respiratory infection and gave me medicines, dry cough has gone, but still low grade fever is still there for the past 2 weeks, i feel fatigued, exhausted and tired( I am a heavy drinker and smoker, after 3 weeks when i devoloped the symptoms i stopped drinking and i have been having alcohol withdrawl symptoms also)....Please tell me if this is due to ARS??

Please let me know if the above described exposure has any risk, due to anxiety i went and tested at 5 weeks and 3 days elisa antibody came negative. Should i still test at 6 weeks. After reading several post in this forum i am convinced that frottage is not a risk for HIV, also breast discharge does not carry any infectious hiv, Also in this site i read several post and found that the water colured fluid that comes from outside of the vagina is not infectious either. Please help me as i have been concerned to the core, and worried and afraid each and every minute. Even though there was zero penetration i am still worried that her vaginal secretion would have touched my dry psoriasis, also the discharge that came out would have infected me via mouth. Please clarify. If my symptoms were due to ars would I have not tested positive at 5 weeks and 3 daya elisa test. It was negative. Please advise shall I  move on with my life or still further testing is neede. Thank u very much in advance.

You never had an exposure.

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug users
Mother to child
