Hi again,
Once again, I would like to thank all health professionals here for contributing so much over the same types of questions countless times. As for today, I would like to bring up about HIV prevention and safety precautions to be taken in a multi-couple orgy/swinging session as me and my friends are currently organising one. Here goes; we have got 7 straight couples, 7 men and 7 women and during the session there will be countless sequence of switching partners in protected fellatio, cunnilingus and penile-vaginal intercourse. I will need all the advice I can get. My questions:
- Each time switching partners for a fellatio or Vaginal Intercourse, is there a need for all guys to change into a new condom while the worn condom is still intact?
- And each time after a vaginal intercourse, will the vaginal fluid at the outer tip of the condom be infectious enough to spread HIV and other STDs to the next female partner if left unchange?
- Will plenty of water lube applied to the vaginas reduce condom breakage? As the guys come with different penis sizes.
- Any difference in using ultra-thin condom from ultra-thick condoms?
- What other safety precautions we have to practice apart from the above?
Really appreciate all the advice provided. I am posting here in advance to take all safety precautions in HIV and other STDs prevention.
