Then I strongly recommend you see your doctor as soon as possible. You had no risk for HIV and your STD panel came back negative.........so there is something else causing you to feel unwell.
I wish I could give you a more definitive answer, but I'm not a doctor and that is who WILL give you the answer.

I wish you the best outcome

You had PROTECTED vaginal sex.  NO RISK FOR HIV AND NO NEED TO TEST.

You gave the third partner oral sex which is NOT a risk for HIV but is a risk for OTHER STD's. You were tested for those and all came back negative.

You NEVER had a risk for ARS and whatever symptoms you are had or are still having have nothing to do with HIV.

The fungus, candida, also known as oral thrush, while usually not considered an STD, CAN be spread from oral sex and is often somewhat difficult to clear up.

You do not have HIV or any STD's. I am NOT a doctor, but it sounds to me like you've got a severe cold or the flu. I also think these issues are being exacerbated by stress and anxiety.

If you are not symptom free in a few more days, a week at most, it's time to revisit your doctor for further testing for other causes which are NOT related to HIV or STD's.

I wish you the best
Try to relax
