Hello, I am a homosexual guy living in China. Month ago I kissed someone whose HIV status is unknown. By the tough french kiss we bit each other's lips and both of us got some fresh open wounds on lips, and through the kiss I did taste something bloody. After few seconds I did oral sex to him, and his pre-cum would touch the fresh wounds.
I am really afraid of the blood exchange through the fresh bleeding wounds. Do I have any risk? Should I get the HIV antibody test?
