Scared of any risk, paranoid now

Hello, i'm 19 this year. I had an injury while playing soccer yesterday. The wound was pretty serious, i fell on the ground and my knee was bleeding. At that exact moment, a random guy i was playing soccer with, assist me by helping me to treat my wound. I couldn't remember exactly if he had used his hands. I came across the internet saying that there might be a risk because if there was blood to blood contact, it may be possible. So right now, i am feeling extremely paranoid. I'm thinking very hard if that guy may have a cut or something. maybe it was bleeding?
I need strong advice on this. First of all, am i in any risk at all? Secondly, if yes, what are the chances? Thirdly, may I know what are the only ways in which this virus can be passed? Sorry, this is my first time feeling so paranoid over this virus. I hope to hear from any of you, much help will be appreciated. Thanks, Johnny.

No risk--HIV becomes inactive and unable to infect as soon as it is exposed to air.
