Screwing up PEP

So I am taking PEP over 2 weeks now (Truvada and Tivicay). Had an encounter with a lady of unknown status and the condom broke (vaginal sex).

Yeah, I know that the odds are not much against me but the doctor still decided to give me PEP. First week was kind of ****** but not it is a lot better. The thing is I only learned today I should not mix those meds with multivitamins because it reduces their effectiveness (calcium/zinc).

Too late. I take Centrum as well. I never took the meds together but often kind close to each other. Like 1h. I assume that I should still continue with PEP either way?

You took PEP for oral.  Oral was not a risk for HIV.  You never needed the PEP in the first place.  I don't know if your anxiety was so over the top when you saw the doctor that she was just trying to appease you and get you out of the office of if she is sadly uneducated, but she was wrong to ever give you PEP.  You messed nothing up because you never needed the PEP.  That's it.  No risk, never needed PEP, and sorry this doctor (and you) put yourself through taking it.
