You have very low risk if she is hiv +ve and she is not so your risk is very very very low risk but not zero. no need to worry .
Regarding Pep .. it is indicated in case of high risk exposure ... Most of experts beleive that taking PEP is personal choice after being discussed with health care provider .
Just try to pass time and do hiv ag/ab test after 4 weeks and expect negative result.

Her quick test turn out negative. But i dont know her stt and her last time having sex don’t. I was removed the condom after I heard the broke sound and feeling different. It might be big enough to uncover the tip of my d**ck , i have pictures of that. I can send to email if u can help me out with that. It my be unprotected inside her for maximum 15s, i removed and put newone on and finished. The newone didn’t break. I checked after. I still decided drink pep. But i want to hear your advice
PEP is often reserved for cases where one partner is likely to be HIV+, and the risk was high. That is not the case for you.  Any person who wants to use a condom is obviously concerned about their health. Also, a few seconds of unprotected penetration is really not a risk - consider that, for a full-on session of unprotected vaginal sex with a known HIV+ partner, the risk is 0.04% to the male.  In other words, a 99.96% chance of NOT contracting HIV.

Multiply this risk by the low chance that you encountered a person who is HIV+, since the vast majority of people are not, and you're looking at incredibly low odds.

The decision about whether to take PEP or not for this EXTREMELY low-risk event is between you and your doctor.  Personally, I would not do it, but it is up to you.
First of all, you need to relax. You are acting a bit out of control. A condom break is less than 1 percent risk. this is not an emergency or worthy of full anxiety meltdown. Most HIV experts would not start you on PEP for a condom break one time. They reserve that for people that have unprotected sex with someone KNOWN to have HIV. You are overreacting. Take a test at 28 days with a 4th generation duo test and would bet my right arm it is negative. take care and we can't sooth your anxiety from not until 28 days so find some way to distract yourself.
Ok. I have a picture when the condom broke. Can i show it to u
I did Not drink pep yet. Should i?
no. We aren't looking at pictures of broken condoms. I personally woudn't take pep for this. Test at 28 days.
I was unprotected for under 15s. Then i took it off and put on new one to continue. Is that make any different?
She quite having alot of sex with different people. But her quick test was negative!
What the change percent negative  of mine test after 28days.do u think?
we can't keep answer your anxiety driven questions over and over. We already answered you.
This is the last post about this. You had less than 1 percent risk. Take pep or don't, I wouldn't personally for this s it's not indicated by most doctors as needed and it is a hard drug to take. Test at 28 days with a 4th generation DUO test. Take care.
Pls reread and answer my last question. I was unprotected for under 15s. Then i took it off and put on new one to continue. Is that make any different? She quite having alot of sex with different people. But her quick test was negative. I don’t know her last time risk.
What the change percent negative  of mine test after 28days.do u think? I quite want to take pep just because want to make sure 100%
we aren't going to keep doing percentages because you are overly anxious. take care.
