why is deep kissing not a risk?

I can understand why it wouldnt be a risk for hiv if people shared toothbrushes as the time between uses wouldnt be one right after the other allowing the virus enough time to be exposed to air thus making it inactive, but what i dont understand is how deep kissing isnt a risk as it would be fresh saliva from one mouth to the other, and therefore technically it would be inside the body as there would be no time for the saliva to be exposed to the environment therefore i dont see how the virus would become inactive, I'm trying to learn more and more about this topic as it interests me.

Ok thank you Vance2325, how do oral swab tests work, ie hiv tests from people's saliva as if there is so little or no hiv in positive people's saliva surely this isnt the most accurate way of testing, surely if this deactivates the virus, last question promise.
