Should I forget about this incident and move on ?

I am 29 yrs old male. 5 years back i recieved oral sex from a coworker a few times. There was no penetrative sex though my penis might have touched her vagina once. She was weird in some sense and now she is not in contact with anyone no phone number social media or anything. I am married for 2 years but that incident is haunting me. I had got cold and flu couple times that year, as I am prone to sinus infections because of mild DNS i thought its that and ignored.2 years back suddenly I started feeling light headed which i feel till today.ENT specialist said its because of sinus only. Last year I also got a rash on my upper back which resolved in a month. Had a CBC done after that which was normal but low Vitamin b12 and vitamin d. Now since six months my tongue feels like a little dry which troubles me. I also was diagnosed with epididymitisis 2 years back which is fine now. I read somewhere that hiv causes sinus problems and low vitamin b12 levels . Plus all of these things combined makes me worried If i contracted hiv from those encounters and these are its implications. I am googling a lot and even my wife can see anxiety on my face. I love her a lot. please help.

Thank you guys for the replies and putting my mind at ease. I am going to move on as I dont have the balls to go test myself after that brief and only adventure and being in a monogamous relationship after that.

You are correct that oral sex is not a risk for HIV.  There is no need to test unless for peace of mind.  We wish you the best.

Im not expert, but also had some anxiety issues where i had been told i was at none risk... so i tested negative and was ok. 5 years post exposure... any test you take is conslusive. Just go and test to have your negative status and be happy

I have seen posts where they say testing is not really needed if insertive oral is the only risk....i have never thought about it until last month when i looked at hiv synptoms.....Is there a reason for me to test ? Its really not common in my place for people to seek hiv testing...I dont want to be an exception without a proper reason to be.
