Should i worry and get tested?

Doc,

Okay, so i go see a prostitute at a hotel. We take shower together, and leads me to the bed where she massages, licks my entire body.

Cause of chaffing/drying in my upper butt crack, and an addtl hemroid towards the anus, i tend to get the tiniest blood streaks when wiping after taking a scooter. This tends to happen everyday, and once its irritated, it is easily agitated with the weakest wiping pressure.

***First questions***, -  Now, on the day of the incident, it had been about 4 to 5 hours since i did my daily "doo" before getting the massage. Well, this lady liked to lick more than massage, and eventually made it down to my butt area. I felt her tongue go in that region of the "chaffed area." It was brief, but for surely there.

My concern is, not knowing if i was bleeding or not, or just having dried, cracked skin, what is my HIV, risk, or in this case, any STD risk with this "licking behaviour?" I read about blood in the saliva, however, I didn't get a spit sample before leaving...

***Second question*** - during the period of my frontal massage, i proceeded to briefly touch in the "labia" area of the lady, but never penetrated with my finger. I also touched her frontal area as well. I don't recall getting it wet with her secretion. My fear is, not immediately after, but eventually i caught myself rubbing my eyes with the same hand, and was wondering is there any HIV transmission risk, or any STD risk involved with this behavior as well?

Thanks,

Concerned....

I will not repeat myself.  I said no risk.  There will be no repeat answers. Further repetitive questions will be deleted without comment.  EWH

JUST ASSUMING that there were BOTH tiny micro-cuts from chaffing on my butt crack and saliva w/visible blood there would be NO RISK?

If so, what's so powerfull about saliva that it would neutralize HIV, even in cases with an abnormal presence of blood,  from infecting?  If you have already answered this elsewhere, please just link...

so, in summation,

JUST ASSUMING that there were BOTH tiny micro-cuts from chaffing on my butt crack (really unkown), and saliva w/visible blood (even though there wasn't, due to no evidence of blood elsewhere on my body) there would be NO RISK?

If so, what's so powerfull about saliva that it would neutralize HIV, even in cases with an abnormal presence of blood,  from infecting?  If you have already answered this elsewhere, please just link...

thanks

Even with visible blood, non of the activities you describe would be associated with HIV risk.  EWH

Doc,

I know there is no risk of HIV through getting secretions on my hand, but my main concern was transferring anything from my hands to my eyes / eyelids by rubbing them after touching her labia.

Also, is it safe to assume that if the saliva would of been contaminated enough with blood to get into my "chaffed" butt crack, i probably would of seen blood all over my body as well????????  Or is saliva a non-risk EVEN with visible blood?

Welcome to our Forum.  None of the activities you mention place you at ANY risk for acquisition of HIV.  HIV is not transmitted in saliva, either by licking, kissing (even wet kisses) or through oral sex.  Similarly, there is no risk for HIV through touching, even if the touching did involve getting your partner's genital secretions on your hands.  Your skin conditions and/or hemorrhoids in no way change this.

As far as STDs are concerned, I suppose there is a theoretical risk for acquisition of herpes due to HSV-1 from her licking activities but the practical fact is that I have never seen this happen and see no reason for concern.  If you have HSV-1 already, as most people do (i.e. cold sores) there is no risk of HSV-1 either.

Thus, to summarize, I see no reason for concern or for testing related to the activities you describe.  EWH
