Single encounter unprotected vaginal sex with a female of unknown sexual status
Hello Doctor,
3 days ago, I had sex for the first time in my life. I went to a nightclub and got hooked up with a girl there. She asked me if I had a condom on me and I said no. She insisted that we go to the nearest CVS but it was already closed for the night. I told her that I was a virgin and she said that we can go ahead and have sex then since she will not contract anything from me because of my virgin status. I asked her of she has HIV and she said no. SHe said that she got tested for HIV two years ago and was disease free. She also said that she was tested for other STDs a few months ago and she was free from them as well. We had oral sex and a very brief unprotected vaginal intercourse (a couple minutes at the max). I told her that I was afraid that i might have caught HIV but she told me to me that I shouldn't worry about it because she didn't have it. I don't know her and never met her after that. She told me that she works at the city Medical Center and does not like getting into relationships with guys and therefore fulfills her sexual appetite by just having one-night stands.
I've dead scared that I might have the HIV because I don't know that female and although she asked me if I had a condom and therefore seems to be a safe-player, the fact that she only has one-night stands makes her high-risk, in my opinion.
I haven't had any fever, sore throat, etc yet....and I'm dead scared on what to do now.
Please help me!!!!!!

3 months post exposure for HIV and for STDs you'll have to go to the STD forum for them to advise you.
