HIV subtypes, tests and window period

Hello Dr.,
I recently (3 months ago to be more precise) I had sex with a Nigerian prostitute. I used a condom, but I was quite drunk. Exactly two months later I developed a non itchy  rash in both my innerarms,  armpits and groin area. I immidiatly whn to the hospital and they tested me for Syphilis and HIV-1 and HIV - 2.  Both were negative. Then I made a rapid test at 84 days after exposure and it came also negative.  My question to you is:

1 - Can I trust the 3 months period test for all types and subtypes of HIV or some of them may be delayed or not detecte?

2 - In the hopital I used 4th generation test at 67 days after exposure. Does a 4th generation test identifies clearly identifies all subtypes?

Thank you very much for you attention and time
Best Regards
L

Thanks,
it's just that the rash that I had was so uncommon in me.
I never had that. Dr. even thought it was secondary syfilis. And it happened right when I wanted to make my HIV test.  I got really scared and I am trying to pass over this.
Again thanks for the support.

You are HIV negative. Three months tests are conclusive.
