Small Cuts on hand- HIV Risk of Contraction

I know this might sound ridiculous but I went to the sexual health clinic this morning for a routine check up. I have dry hands at the moment due to winter etc and thus a few cuts on my knuckles. None of the cuts I think were bleeding and I've had them for at least 3/4 days.
I had my bloods taken and rested my hand against the arm of the chair thus my cuts were on the surface of the chair. Not only that but my hands brushed against the nurses overalls a few times.
I know this is stupid but ive OCD and worried that through my small cuts on the hand I could have contracted HIV?
Please help.
Sorry for any inconvenience.

Hi thanks for your reply. I've just read that you can contract it from having cuts /wounds and being exposed that way ?
