Oral sex symptoms
Hi everyone I posted a few days ago in relation to encounter I had in receiving oral sex outside of my marriage. I would like to say since the oral exposure 8 days ago I have had nothing but worry on my head as I have had rash on my arms night sweats pains in upper abdomen, I know symptoms mean nothing but I have been putting of sleeping with my wife for 8 days only because I’m suffering from anxiety over this oral exposure from a male. You say it’s no risk but I’m still worried when should I test?
This is a non risk activity as stated. Over worry when you've been given the list of risks can be associated with anxiety. Options at that point are to either to treat the anxiety as a disorder (recommended) or to avoid trigger activity.

Yes your right sir but i just fell into a worry as pains I have never felt before kicked in with purplish spots on my arms and elbow joint pain started this morning I’m sorry for for wasting anyone time as the only thing the nhs told me was low risk to no risk for hiv and never gave pep within the 72 hours of receiving oral, from there it left me with a question mark in my head what did they mean by low risk to no risk it’s either a risk or it isn’t so anxiety kicked in now all these symptoms sorry if I’m wasting anyone time. You had no risk. There has never been even one documented case of anyone getting infected by oral sex and you're certainly not going to be the first. Your symptoms are being caused by guilt or shame over what you have done. That's not something we can help you with. You'll have to seek out therapy to figure out why you did this and how to deal with your guilt.

Thank you so much you have eased my mind, so would you say I am okay to sleep with my wife as far as hiv is concerned regardless of the symptoms. I will get checked at the right time but for now I will stay mellow and not over think it to much thanks
You're going to get checked for what?
Sorry phrased it wrong does it warrant getting checked the exposure that I had?
