Oral sex with ladyboy. Insertive fallatio. Chances of hiv.

Dear Doctor

7 days back unfortunately I had an unprotected oral encounter with a lady boy.I messed up I know, light was so dim I couldnt differentiate.
I was given a hand job and ejaculated, post which s/he licked my penis and cleaned it with soaked towel. After this s/he took my penis in his / her mouth and stroked for a min or less.i freaked out and asked him/her to stop and this was the end of blow Job.

Beacuse I could not ejaculate second time, I was having pain in my testicles "blue ball" so mastrubated.

Day 2, again I had to mastrubate as my testicles were aching.
On day 4, I developed burning sensation in my groin area and during urination with swelling pain of testicles.
Day 5,met a physician and he advised urine culture and few other test and priscribed
Flavoxate hydrochloride and ofloxacin for 5days. This has reduced my pain and burning sensation. Urine Culture reports are awaited.
Day 7 I am getting burning sensation at different parts of body.small sensitive patches have developed in my Mouth.

1.Plz tell me oral sex that I had will lead to Hiv. As I don't know the hiv status of that lady boy. He licked my urethra so there can be chances of saliva mixed with his hiv positive and  blood was in direct contact with urethra. Maybe blood was missed with saliva.

2.Are these symptoms of Hiv or any other STD. Should I continue taking same medicine.

SHOULD I GO FOR. ELISA TEST AT 28 Days.

Your reply will only provide me much needed relief.

16 day Duo is not conclusive, however since you were never exposed to any risk, it will always come Negative. Unprotected sex as it was in your situation, is a Zero risk, as you have already been advised

Thanks a lot for your kind words. Appreciate.

The more I browse the Internet, I get more anxious.
Its been a week to this incident and now I am having sore throat.
Earlier is was burning sensation in groin area, which has subsidised post medication.
Hope these are not initial signs of hiv infection.

The first step to peace is to quit Googling cold turkey. There is no useful diagnostic info on Google because only a test can provide answers, so the more you Google the more anxious you will become.
Until you take that first step you have no chance of relaxing. You don't have any medical training, but are subconsciously convinced that you can diagnose by Googling. This Googling and getting more fear works against you in a vicious circle making you more anxious the more you search and read since you will never be able to find the answer you are looking for.
Nothing else to say other than seek therapy so you can find some techniques to help you accept the 40 year old HIV science, rather than making up your own science and googling while you try to prove it.

Receiving oral sex is not a risk. The only risk to catch HIV are:
-Unprotected vaginal/anal penetrations.
-Sharing needles to inject drugs.
-Mother to child.

You had zero risk, so no test for HIV is needed. But oral sex exposes you to other stds. Check the std forum to get more information.

All the best.

HIV is instantly inactivated in air and also in saliva which means it is effectively dead so it can't infect from touching or oral activities. It doesn't matter if you and they were actively bleeding or had cuts at the time either because the HIV is effectively dead.
Only adult risks are unprotected penetrating vaginal or anal sex or sharing needles that you inject with. This sentence is all you need to know to protect yourself against HIV.
Even with blood, lactation, cuts, rashes, burns, etc the air or the saliva does not allow inactivated virus to infect from touching or oral activities. The above HIV science is 40 years old and very well established.
No one got HIV from touching or oral activities in 40 years of HIV history, so likely no one will in the next 40 years of your life either.
An HIV test would be a waste of time.
