Some reassurance i guess
Not here for judgements just advice.
Recently holidayed in Thailand, (Samui) and under poor judgement visited two massage parlours where i received a massage of the happy nature. No oral, nothing but hand relief.
Had an anxiety attack due to possible risks of HIv infection as i am a married man. approximately 8-9 days after felt ill, upset stomach, the runs and sore throat. (other family member also had head colds at this time also)
Do i have anything to worry about here or is it guilt talking to me?

The guilt is manifesting irrational thoughts in your head.You never had a risk at all and you need to forget about this situation right away.Your symptoms have nothing to do with the incident,your safe.Hiv is not transmitted via handjobs.
