Sore Throat & Deep French Kiss

On 14th December 2022 ,
I was in massage parlour where I had done deep French kissing with the therapist apart from that there was nothing between us .
As we were engaged in this the girl use to spit and I saw this many times but didn’t ask any thing .
My query is that does deep kissing cause hiv .
Since on Internet there are so many sites saying it is a risk if blood was there in the saliva .I was suffering from sore throat at that time and if I swallows some of her saliva than will it cause hiv !!
Anxiety killing me !! Please help !!

People do not get HIV from kissing or deep kissing. Doesn't happen. The only ways adults get HIV is from having unprotected vaginal or anal sex or sharing IV needles to inject drugs. Air and saliva inactivate he virus. So, no risk. You seem familiar as in you've posted here before? Viruses can be passed such as cold. You probably have a cold. NO risk for HIV.

Swallowing of saliva with blood in sore throat condition can cause hiv ?
You must be very nervous because your new questions indicate you haven't understood ANY of the advice. Reread it.
hiv science is 40 years old. Scientists have known that you can't get hiv from kissing for for the last 39.95 years.
Yes I am nervous !!
Means it doesn’t matter whether blood was there or not , it can’t have you hiv
I understood but but I confused “viruses can be passed such as Cold “
Dude, your throat hurts because you have a cold. NO, a cold does not have anything to do with HIV, getting HIV or making you more likely to get HIV. Move on.
You must be very nervous because your new questions indicate you haven't understood ANY of the advice. Reread it once again.
Whatever you are trying to say here > " I confused “viruses can be passed such as Cold “" is confusing and more importantly it's 100% IRRELEVANT.
