Am I in risk infection for one short penetration (less than 1 second)?

Hello, 3 weeks ago I had sexual contact with a girl, since I had no condoms we just did masturbation but in a moment while playinf with an accidental movement I inserted my pennis in her vagina one time for less than one second.
After one week I started with a pain in the front part of my neck and I have a swollen node in this area.
How risky was my situation? I’m very depressed and scared thinking all time in a possible infection.
I did a HIV test
(4th genration) 10 days after this situation, I know I have to wait 6 Weeks for the second.
Are there documented cases of HIV infections with this kind of short/brief penetration? Is it common?
Thank you very much and sorry for my english.
