Sperm on tshirt, does the virus die immediately in the air?

Hello,
I tested negative from 6 months for receiving a blowjob, since then I started to be panic from anything and assuming nonsense situations,
Yesterday I was jerking off and somehow got some sperm on my t-shirt but the bell of the house rang too much so I had to put some water  quickly "without soap" on my hand and t-shirt and opened the door and it was my nephew who checked hand with me and hugged me.
Is there any risk for him, can while he hugging touched with his eyes this spot with sperm on the t-shirt, and if my hand we're not completely cleaned and he touched it and put his hand in his mouth or rub his eyes.
Sorry for posting this question please advise

You had zero risk for HIV from receiving oral sex.  It is not possible for you to give HIV to someone else - you do not have HIV.

Risks for HIV are:
1) having unprotected, penetrative anal or vaginal sex, or
2) sharing intravenous needles.

If you do not do either of those, you will never have to worry about HIV.

Thank you so much @curfewx, you are doing a great job in helping people, I am sorry if will rephrase the question, after the test I had normal relationship with my wife and everything was protected, my question is even if I had something,my nephew is not in danger from hugging and having this spot on the t-shirt and my hand not 100% clean as virus dies outside and I put water quickly on them but didn't clean them perfect plus this is not the right rough for infection, am I correct?
I know I have psychological problem and panic from this problem, I am sorry
Re-phrasing the question will not result in a different answer.  Please re-read the ONLY TWO risks I posted above.  Is hugging one of those risks? NO.  Is shaking hands one of those risks? NO.
