Hi,

Recently had sex with a prostitute.
When the girl was on top of me I think she bleed.
I noticed lot of blood at the tip of the condom..
Semen was collected inside the condom and it didn't break and there was no blood inside the condom

You are wrong, we never say little risk. It is either a RISK or NO RISK.

Is there any difference between little or no risk. Some of the similar posts in this forum say little risk. Just can't get over the incident, please help to clarify.

The key information is that there was blood "on" the condom -- not inside. And anyway, exposure to menstrual blood doesn't increase the risk of HIV over contact with vaginal fluids. No risk, no need for testing.
