Stepped on used condom cut on leg finger

Hi teak your help needed.
I don't know why this things happen with me always?
yesterday morning I Was walking on the road and stepped on a torn used condom lying on the road.
Was wearing rubber sleepers on my bare foot no socks, so only my bottom of the foot was covered but the sides and top of the foot was exposed.
had a small cut on my upper portion of my leg finger don't know how and when I got it.
The cut was very small and did bleed a bit. I noticed it after I came home.
My questions
1>Can this pose a risk to hiv transmission if the condom was from a hiv + person. And the fluids came in contact with my cut.
2> it was a mud road and I noticed lots of dirt and dust flying as the vehicles were passing. So is possible that while vehicles were passing over the condom the dry fluids from the condom would have come in contact with my cut through the flying dirt and dust.
3> also after I came home I was walking on the carpet with the same slippers and later walked bare foot on the same carpet and my dog also walked on the same carpet and jumped on the bed. Is it possible I contaminated the carpets the bed with the hiv fluid from the bottom of my sleeper when I walked in.
Am I at risk
4> really tensed should I consider seeing a doctor for PEP.
Please advice thanks.

Not an HIV concern.

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug users
Mother to child

Because you were advised how HIV is transmitted in previous posts.

And because we are not here to answer anxiety driven questions.

You just freaking out without any reason. HIV can not survive outside its host since ambient oxygen inactivates it instantly. Therefore transmission of HIV is possible ONLY as a result of exchange of body fluids INSIDE the body and NOT outside.

You were never at any risk. PEP is something simply out of discussion, you do not even qualify for a test. Relax and throw irrational thoughts about HIV whiich has ONLY and ONLY following known routes

1. Unprotected anal and vaginal sex
2. Sharing IV works in drugs
3. Transfusion of un-screened blood (a threat only in the developing world)
4. From mother to child.
