Fisting and hiv

Had a 3way 2 days ago and my gf fisted a guy with a glove of course however afterwards she rubbed her clit with the same hand for a couple of seconds, she noticed and went to clean up but we're on the fence if hiv could be transmitted that way. He says he's clean and showed us recent std results from 2 months ago but we're still a bit worried

You can tell her this.
Your situation involves personal contact with an object in air  ( hands, maybe saliva if he accidentally drooled, maybe blood if he had a cut etc.). You will be happy to learn that you had no risk, because you can't get hiv from personal contact except unprotected penetrating vaginal or anal, neither of which you did and you didn't share hollow needles to inject with which is the only other way to acquire hiv. Analysis of large numbers of infected people over the 40 years of hiv history has proven that people don't get hiv in the way you are worried is a risk.
HIV is a fragile virus in air or saliva and is effectively instantly dead in either air or saliva so the worst that could happen is dead virus rubbed you, and obviously anything which is dead cannot live again so you are good. Blood and cuts would not be relevant in your situation since the hiv has become effectively dead, so you don't have to worry about them to be sure that you are safe.
There is no reason for a person to test when they are safe. The advice took into consideration that the other person might be positive, so move on and enjoy life instead of thinking about this non-event. hiv prevention is straightforward since there are only 3 ways you can become infected, so next time you wonder if you had a risk, ask yourself this QUESTION. "Did I do any of the 3?" Then after you say "No, I didn't" you will know that it's time to move on back to your happy life.
No one got hiv from what you did during 40 years of hiv history and no one will get it in the next 40 years of your life either. You can do what you did any time and be safe.

Ok great to hear. You see me and my gf are in the BDSM community and we try to be safe as possible and technically this was the one slip up we've had so far. Our sub is into alot of high risk stuff so that also plays into a lot unfortunately. Thank you for letting us know

No, you can't get HIV this way.  The only ways someone gets HIV is to have unprotected vaginal or anal sex (penis inserted without condom) or sharing IV needles to inject drugs. Air inactivates the virus so your girlfriend could not get HIV this way at all.  You are very casual about your girlfriend fisting another guy though!  In terms of hiv, this is not a risk in any way though.

Well we were just worried bc we don't know what type of fluids could have been on her hand like maybe a small amount of blood or something
As long as you keep in mind the risks and don't have unprotected vaginal or anal sex or share IV needles to inject drugs, you will not have to worry about HIV.  Even if there is a bit of blood, you won't get infected through fisting (or she won't).
