Stressed over a situation

Good Day Doctors,
First, Thank you so much doctors, what are you doing here helps so many people.
Second, My story:
One week ago I had one single episode of protected vaginal sex with a russian sex worker. Before the vaginal sex, I had a protected oral for like 4 minutes. Then, I gave her vaginal sex and lasted for like 10 minutes and I came in the condom and that's it. BUT when I finished I noticed that she had like 3 pimples around each nipple and I remembered that I kissed her nipples and a little bit of sucking during the sex. I became so worried about it and it's killing me. I don't remember that I had any sores or wounds in my mouth at that time BUT the next day I noticed redness on my tounge and it was like a very small cut and also some kind of acne at the end of my tounge. which drove me crazy. I red alot about it until I didn't know what to think. Moreover, I Have the herpes simplex virus 1( Only oral ) But I don't remember the last time it broke out, docter says that I got it when I was a child. Finally, Did I put my self at risk and do I need to test based on that siuation not for self closure ???

Thank you so much for that forum.

Regards

Welcome to our Forum. I'll be pleased to comment.  You are not at risk for HIV or any other STD from the exposures that you mention.  Condom protected sex is safe sex an you were condom protected for both of your penetrative activities.  HIV is not transmitted by kissing, whether this involves kissing the mouth, French kissing, or kissing a partner's breasts (even if the partner has pimples [which are probably glands) on her breast).  There is no reason for concern or for testing related to this exposure.  That you may have had a cut on your tongue at the time does not change this.

As far as your sore tongue is concerned, this is not an indication of any sort of STD,  There are no STDs that cause symptoms within 24 or even 48 hours of exposure..

Finally, that you have oral herpes does not change this advice in any way either.  I hope my comments are helpful.  You have no reason to worry and no medical reason for testing.  EWH

Once again, this was a no risk exposure which in no way put you at risk for HIV.  You have a cold but that's all.

Time for this threa to end.  EWH

Good Day Dr.Hook,

I'm sorry to get back here with such concern after the answer you provided but I really need a reassurance.
Today, I woke up with a runny nose for like 5 hours before it went away and a little bit of soreness in my throat and sneezing.

It has been 10 days now and I got worried.
Do I have to worry about it because I really do think about the worse and that's why I had the notion that it could be related to infection from that exposure ???

Thanks doctor and I hope I'm not bothering you with such phobia.
