Stupid Encounter with a Shady Girl

I rec'd oral from a girl who has sex for money, but not in an organized, sex worker way (basically, a project girl...sorry). I do have anal fissures (not gay, no offense) or hemrhoids, but hemrhoids haven't acted up in a long while.  She uses a lot of spit that could very well move down to my bottom area.  I did finish in her mouth.  I do not know her status, and she has gotten mad at me for asking what her status was; she just says I have a baby (a 6 year old).

-2 weeks later, I had severe anal itching (think hemrroids)
-I seem to be losing weight, even though I am eating (not as much as before).  Rib cages are small, but stomach still big
-Got some acne bumps on my face and I am in my late 30s
-Skin was itchy, but not any more
-My tongue looks white
-My muscles, on biceps, forearms and thighs, will feel a little strained for a few minutes during different days

1) Aren't my symptoms in line with exposure/contraction?
2) I tested 33 days afterwards and the results were negative.  Is this a good test to validate my status?
3) What should be my next step?

Hey there, I have read your post and 100% agree with the advice you've already been given. You had absolutely no risk from this situation. The ONLY sexual acts that could result in HIV transmission are unprotected anal or vaginal sex. Oral sex is simply not a risk, I assure you. You spoke about being worried about her spit- saliva is NOT infectious is any way, shape, or form. This is why kissing is also not a risk for HIV transmission. Please believe us when we tell you that you have had no risk.

I am sorry you are experiencing some symptoms, but they are not indicative of HIV infection because you most certainly do not have HIV from this exposure. There are ZERO convincing documented cases of HIV through oral sex. It simply does not and cannot happen. Please relax and be assured that you were never at risk.

Thank you, Teak.  But, what about my symptoms?  They all seem to fit.

Also, no offense, but are you well versed in HIV?  No reason to offend, but I was looking for a doctor or a counselor.  No offense, sir.  I am sorry...I am new.
