Symptoms and help with waiting

Help friends, finally took advice of all and booked an appointment to get tested.  Earliest is two weeks out.

Trying to make it through the time, hope someone can help with advice on symptoms.  Asked previously about thrush which i'm fairly certain I have -  has anyone heard of it being brought one by a long period of stress and lack of sleep?  I haven't been able to get more than a couple hours a night for the last 2 and a half months.

Also after three years post exposure, what would the symptoms of lymph swelling be?  I have noticable swelling in my neck, burning feeling intermittently under my armpit and pain behind my knee when crouching.  No visable swelling under the arm or knee.

I know symptoms are not the way to diagnose, but just looking for some shared experiences and advice.

Thanks for your time

Sorry I posted to my original message, but I know symptoms can fool with the mind, but was just looking for something to get through the night.

I was in a bad place 2 - 3 years ago, I don't even know who that person was... does anybody know if lymphs would come on suddenly painful with only swelling in the neck?  Did i have risk from both of the situations described?

-You CAN NOT diagnose HIV infection through ANY symptoms or lack of. Only a Dr. can diagnose THRUSH, LYMPHNODES, or any other symptoms you are so certain you have. If you do have any of these symptoms, it simply means you have them from any 1 of thousands of causes. Symptoms DO NOT = HIV
