Still worried

Hello doctor. I had received your opinion before, but i am still worried since i have expericed symptoms this last days.
I am using a different username since i couldnt remember my password. To resume my story is as follows. I received unprotected oral from a sex worker for about 30 minutes. After 15 days i was diagnosed with viral meningitis and was hospitalized. At this time i had a pcr rna which came back negative. I took three duo tests (ab/ag) post exposure. One at two months, at three months and the last one at four months. Now it has been 5 months post exposure and i have really high fever, 39.5, and extreme muscle painin my neck and back. I aldo had nasal gongestion and sneezing for a day.

Is there any chance after all the tests i took i can still have hiv?
Are the symptoms i describe ars related?
Can ars come at 5 months?
Are pcr rna always positive when somenone is having ars?
You say oral sex for person being sucked (i am male) is minimal risk. But that means there is a risk.
Has anyone ever got hiv from receiving oral sex?

Thank you in advanced doctor.

Thank you very much doctor for your rasurance. I just want to clear up something.

1. You think it is not posible to have ars 5 months after exposure?

2. Since all the doctors say a 4 week duo test is 100% conclusive i want to know if there is any time after 4 week when both antibody and antigen are absent.

I remember your prior post.  Your anxiety is unwarranted- you do not have HIV.  The possibility of having 4 prior negative HIV tests is essentially zero and not worthy of further concern, as does the fact that there are NO credible cases in which persons have gotten HIV from receipt of oral sex.  Viral meningitis is a very, very common occurrence an is caused by a huge number of different viruses. In contract, classical viral meningitis syndromes are very rare with HIV. These two facts, plus your multiple negative tests provide proof that you do not have HIV and to worry about this is senseless.

Asking "has it ever...."   or "is it always..." questions are a waste of your time an ours.  The combination of facts you provide completely rule out the possiblity that your viral meningitis was due to HIV.

There is absolutely NO reason at all for you to worry about HIV as the cause of your symptoms, past or present, in relationship to the exposure you refer to.

There is no need for follow-up questions.  There is nothing more to say.  EWH
