this is weird kida

ok, I fully thought when a condom fails it basically tears apart to shreds... but it didn't. I had sex with a sex worker, oral and anal. a condom was put on and oral sex took place for about 5 min, me recpiant. lube was put on the condom and i started to perform anal sex to her, not 10 sec's later I heard a pop. i assumed the worse had happened and expected to see only the rim of the condom left as I pulled it out. but it was still intact. taking no chances a new condom was put on and sex continued with no problems encountered. After we were finished i picked up the condom that popped and put in my pocket. I washed my self and left. here's the deal... i got home and checked the condom by putting water into it. a small hole was found on the side of the condom about midrange from top to bottom. is this a possible exposure to HIV? I fully thought when condoms fail they basiclly explode. i am slightly concerned about this do to the fact it was anal sex. I called the sex worker back to tell her about what happened. she told me she was tested last march and was negative then. should i be concerned? any response would be appreciated. thanks.

They fail catastrophically. But it starts with a small tear and 1-2 thrusts results in complete tear

condom break at a point resulting in a hole. but with few push ups by the he-man it tears completely. You took out immediately, that's why only hole is found.
