No, this does not change my recommendations. EWH
Thank you for the respond doctor,
I would like to add that the condom was stuck in her vagina when she switch positions. The only part of the condom that was showing was the base where the hole is, the rest was totaly stuck in her vagina.
Does this change anything to your analysis
Your exposure was, indeed, very low (close to zero) risk. Let's review why:
1. First and foremost, your exposure was protected. If the condom came off as you were changing positions you were likely outside of her when it came off. Exposure to external secretions is very low, if any risk.
2. She was probably not infected. Most CSWs are not. In addition, did you know that the reason most CSWs like use of condoms is not because of their risk to you but because they want to protect themselves from their clients.
3. She told you she was checked regularly and gave you a detailed description of how and why. Most people tell the truth and the detail she provided makes that even more likely.
4. If for some reason she was not telling the truth and you were exposed, if you were engaged in intercourse, your risk of infection would be less than 1 in 1000. In that you were outside of her, your risk wold be far lower.
When you put all of these variables together, the chance that you got HIV from her (or were even exposed) is very, very low. Getting tested will be god for you piece of mind but, in my opinion you have nothing to worry about. EWH
