Hiv test

Hi doctors!i have an exposure before 11 mounths and i went to a lab for test (blood test) and doctor test me with p24 antigen/antibody test!my resaults negative but i read on internet that test is for early infections!because past elleven mounths is conclusive or i need to retest?

It is conclusive...antibody at 3 months is coconclusive.
