Soft penis with a condom

2 month ago, i had sex with a gay man,  he gave me oral or even deep throat and then i had anal sex to him with a condom. it's pretty intense and there were a little blood found outside the condom. what i worry about is my penis was soft sometime during the sex.

As i think about it, there were so much precum between my penis and condom which made the condom very slippery to my penis, when i pulled, the latter half of my penis was out of condom and touched his fluids, and when i pushed, the latter half of my penis was inside condom again and his fluids was inside the condom by it too. Now his fluids were in the condom together with my precum, and i was keeping pushing and pulling, more and more his fluids inside the condom, why can't I get infected this way?

two weeks later, i got a fever in the morning, 37.9 tops. i took a Tylenol and got normal that afternoon. i wondered if this was ARS. then 6 days later, i got a fever in the afternoon, 37.6 tops, and got well after a bath that night. then 3 weeks later, i had a sore throat for 2 days.

i am so scared and i dare not to go get tested. am i at any risk of HIV? pls help me.

First of all, remember that as long as an intact condom keeps protecting the head of your penis (urethra and foreskin if you are uncircumcised), you are protected, irrespective of the degree of softness, your organ attains.

The precum inside or blood outside the condom are not unusual and do not affect the effectiveness of your protection,

Your symptoms from nowhere look like ARS, just ignore them and move on with your life normally. In the presence of an intact condom your risk never existed

thank you so much for your prompt answer, sir! what about the deep throat? would it be a risk if his throat was bleeding and this seemed like an unprotected sex? thank you again!
You are going into the impossible scenarios unnecessarily. You are fine, oral sex does not carry any risk of HIV transmission. Relax and move on with your life normally
